Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 12,190 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 10,603 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of space plus parking in Pinellas Park, FL. Occupancy date will be no later than March 1, 2003 or as early as September 1, 2002. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: An area bounded on the west by Seminole Blvd (Alt. 19); North by East Bay Drive (SR686); East by U.S. Hwy 19 and South by Park Blvd. Unique Requirements: Space offered must in the same building. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., space should not exceed a length to width ratio of 2:1 nor be ?U? or ?L? shaped. No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with a minimum of 60 on-site assigned parking spaces or in accordance with local code whichever is greater.
