Description

1. The response date is April 10, 2002 vice March 15, 2002. 2. The NAICS code is changed to 235710 vice 234110. 3. The size standard is decreased from $27.5 million to $12 million. 4. The set-aside authority is changed from FAR subpart 19.5 to FAR subpart 19.1007(b)(1). 5. The following statements are deleted: a. This solicitation incorporates documents, which are not available electronically. b. Contractors are requested to provide a street address for the solicitation package for drawings and specifications will be sent by overnight delivery and cannot be delivered to a post office box. 6. The following statement is incorporated: GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. All other aspects of the previous synopsis remain in effect.
