Description

J-On-Site Maintenance and Repair of Laboratory Equipment and Instruments at the National Center for Toxicological Research, Jefferson, Arkansas. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision needed for this requirement. This requirement includes but is not limited to the following categories of equipment and instruments; high resolution mass spectrometer systems, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, computerized gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer systems; electro-optical systems; chromatographs; microscopes, balances, cell sorters, DNA sequencers, HPLC systems radiation counters; hybrid computers, personal computers, work stations; and other items utilized in approximately 200 general and special purpose laboratories. The applicable North American Industry Classification code for this requirement is 811219 and SIC code 8999 with a size standard of $5.0 million. A negotiated Fixed Price Contract is contemplated with a base year beginning 08/01/02 and four (4) one-year option periods. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted, full and open competition. An RFP will be available approximately 4/15/02.
