Description

NA The Government intends to solicit from SAFT America, of Valdese, North Carolina, on or about 25 March 2002, on a Sole Source basis 410 each, Non-rechargeable Batteries, NSN: 6135-01-493-7624, that are P/O the Lightweight Laser Designator Rangefinder (LLDR) . Award will be made with a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 100% Option. This action is processed on the sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c), however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency . See numbered note 22. Solicitation is expected to be issued on 25 March 2002 and will be posted to the Army Business Opportunities Page.
