Description

NA Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ITT Cannon, Division of ITT Industries, 666 East Dyer Road, Santa Ana, CA 92705 to provide 100 each Receptacle Assemblies Fiber Opt ic Mechanical Connector (FOMC) 12 channel single mode with 25 foot fiber optic pigtail terminated with SC connectors and self closing dust cover for use at USAYPG supporting the Range Digital Transmission System (RDTS). The receptacles incorporate the same form, fit and function as receptacles previously purchased. The receptacles incorporate self closing dust covers and breakaway features that enhance longevity when deployed. ITT Cannon is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of these receptacles wh ich must be compatible with the current ITT Cannon receptacles in use at USAYPG and White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) Test Support Network (TSN). The NAICS code is 334417/500 employees. Award of the requirement shall be in accordance FAR Part 12, Acquisiti on of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
