Description: NA Non-personal services contract for Orthopaedic Surgeon Services at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period 1 May 2002 through 30 April 2003 (with four one-year option periods). This acquisition is unrestricted and all respo nsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 502-624-5869 or 502-624-7165. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Bid packages will not be faxed. Faxed bids wi ll not be accepted. The solicitation will be issued on or about 26 March 2002 with bids due on or about 16 April 2002.
