- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Small Business Set-Aside has been dissolved. The proposed contract is issued as a sole source to the OEM, Teledyne Electronic Technologies, 11361 Sunrise Park Drive, Rancho Cordova CA 95742. Solicitation Number N00164-02-Q-0126 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04 as well as DCN 20020129. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 334419 and the size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for the following: CLIN 0001 ? 1 each Test and Evaluation of TWT, Teledyne PN: MTZ-5910, SN: 251 REV K; CLIN 0002 ? 1 each Test and evaluation of TWT, Teledyne PN: MTZ-5910 SN: 287 REV K; CLIN 0003 ? 1 each Test and Evaluation of TWT PN: MTZ-5910 SN: 304 REV K; CLIN 0004 ? 1 each Test and Evaluation of TWT, Teledyne PN: MTZ-5910 SN: 334; CLIN 0005 ? 1 each Test and Evaluation of TWT, Teledyne PN: MTZ-5910 SN: 351 REV K. . Repair to Current Production Configuration. Contractor to Provide Failure Data/Test Analysis Using Standard Report. Delivery is required F.O.B. NSWC Crane IN within 180 days after award. All items will be shipped to NSWC Crane IN 47522-5001. Final Inspection will be at Destination. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Offers that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further c onsideration for award. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of commercial sale warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government.
