NA The Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a contract with The Joint Management Services, 9490 Cain Circle, Gainesville, GA, 30506-4093. The services required to meet the requirements are research and analysis sp ecifically involving three case studies: British Development of Armor/Combined Arms Doctrine 1919-1939, British Development of Carrier Aviation 1919-1939, and US Counterinsurgency Doctrine 1961-1972. This notice of intent to award is not a request for co mpetitive proposals. NO SOLICIATION exists.
