Description

This is a SOURCES-SOUGHT NOTICE. Fairchild AFB, Spokane, WA intends on soliciting a contract for a team of certified Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape )SERE) instructors who will provide academic (classroom) and practical (hands-on) instruction on the proper SERE techniques/methods to be used in a wide range of scenarios. Contractor shall ensure all contract personnel working in the Resistance Training Lab (RTL) pass a human-factors evaluation IAW with the most current AETCI 36-2012, Selection of Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Training Instructors, and AFI 48-123, Medical Examinations and Standards, prior to beginning work. 1.8.1. The contractor shall ensure all employees possess a SECRET clearance prior to starting work. Anticipate a 12-month base year (September-August) and 2-5 option years. Anticipate this will be issued "Full and Open Competition."
