Description: NA Contractor shall be responsible for porviding freight from the point of manufacturer to the McMullen Target Range located at 2200 FM 624, Tilden, Texas 78072-3015. Technical POC: Lt Col Mark Garcia 210-977-3788. Contractor shall be responsible for the pl acement and tie down of the portable structures, provide all labor, tools, vehicles and equipment necessary to achieve acceptance of the four sets of portable structures.
