Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Small Business Set-a-Side is hereby dissolved in accordance with FAR 13.105. The proposed contract is issued as a sole source to the Utility Safety Associates Inc. 20 Park Place, Morristown, NJ 07960 Solicitation number N00164-02-Q-0124 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04 as well as DCN 20020129. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 315999 and the business size standard is 500 emplo yees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 ?6 ea.
