Description: This is not a request for proposal, quote or bid. The Mint is interested in viable sources with industry best practices in conducting random employee morale surveys. The Mint has developed a morale survey and would like to rate morale by administering the survey to a randomly selected number of employees. If your company is familiar with best practices in administering employee morale surveys, please submit your complete capability statement (i.e., description of services and capabilites, business statement, examples of projects) to Annette Vaughn via e-mail at avaughn@usmint.treas.gov. Response should be forwarded no later than March 20, 2002.
