Description

Pursuant to GSA Order, PBS 3490.1, dated March 8, 2002, the following security requirements must be met. All requests for a copy of the solicitation and drawings must be made on the company's letterhead, accompained by an original signature. In order for the request to be valid, the requester must also provide ALL of the following documents: (1)A copy of a valid business license or other documentation granted by the state or local juridisdiction to conduct business. The license, at a minimum shall provide the name, address, phone number of the company, state of incorporation, and the name of the individual legally authorized to act for the company;(2)Verification of a valid DUNS number against the company name listed on the business license or certification;(3)A Valid IRS Tax ID Number of the company requesting the information. A valid state driver's license shall be required of person(s) picking up any solicitation documentation. NO FAX, TELEPHONIC, OR E:MAIL REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED. All the above requirements must be met to be considered and honored as a VALID request.
