- Description
- The NASA Headquarters Office of Human Resources and Education, Education Division is seeking comments and suggestions from potential responders concerning the opportunity to collaborate on the development and coordination of the Science and Technology Scholarship Program (STSP). The STSP will be a competitive, full-tuition undergraduate scholarship program intended to help guide U.S. students toward space-related science and engineering careers. NASA is seeking to collect comments to assist it in developing a potential cooperative agreement notice. The full text of the Draft Cooperative Agreement Notice can be reviewed at the following web site: http://www.education.nasa.gov Submission Requirements Comments regarding the cooperative agreement notice may be submitted electronically via e-mail or facsimile. Send email to jgorman@hq.nasa.gov. Send facsimiles to the attention of Dr. James (Jim) Gorman at (202) 358-2172. The subject should be "Comments to Draft Cooperative Agreement Notice - STSP". Comments are due by close of business (Pacific coast time) April 18, 2002. Future Use of Comments NASA reserves the right to use submitted comments for NASA internal planning. Although the comments are meant only for NASA use, submitters should not submit proprietary material. It is emphasized that the requested information is for preliminary planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that NASA will solicit you for a proposal of any related effort in the future. Neither will NASA be responsible for any costs incurred by you in the furnishing of this information.
