Description

This pre-solicitation synopsis is for construction to repair the roof at Building 15 at the Denver Federal Center, Denver, Colorado. Work is to include, but not limited to the following: removal of existing roof construction down to roof deck, including roof membrane, insulation, flashing, and incidental related work; installation of Sequenced Butadiene Styrene (SBS) roof system on East side of Building; and removal of resulting rubbish and debris. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. This action is a 100% Small Business set-aside, no other sources will be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 235610. Small Business size standard is $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote and will be considered. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be available for download on or about January 28,2002. SITE VISIT DATE FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE HELD ON February 8,2002 @ 1 p.m. Bldg. 44. Offerors are further notified that quotes must be submitted in HARD COPY ONLY to address on RFQ. Either Payment Bonds or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILC) will be required for this project, amount not to exceed 100% of awarded amount. After RFQ is available any questions regarding scope of work shall be faxed to the attention of the Contracting Officer @ 303-236-5328.
