Description

The United States Coast Guard is in search of bus rental companies that can provide the following service: On 29 MAY, we will have 200 guests. We will need four(4) 47-50 passenger buses. The buses should be available to pick up our guests between 1st and 2nd Street by 05:30 AM and depart no later than 06:00 AM towards Quantico. At 11:30 AM the buses should be waiting for our guests at the Fire and Police Pier in Washington, DC to bring them back to the parking lot. On 30 MAY, we will need five(5) 25-passenger shuttles, which will be running from and to several parking locations around Ft. McNair to the ceremony site. The shuttles should be available from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM. On 02 JUNE, we will have 200 guests. We will need four(4) 47-50 passenger buses. The buses should be available to pick up guests by 10:00 AM between 1st and 2nd Street and depart no later than 10:30 towards the Old Town Pier in Alexandria, VA. The buses should be ready to pick up guests in Quantico by 3:30 PM at the Pier in Quantico and bring the guests back to 1st & 2nd st. The number of guests on the 29th and the 30th may be less than 200. Conformation of numbers will be known at least two weeks prior to each event and the bidders should allow for last minute changes (up to two weeks prior to the events).
