Description

NA The USPFO for Connecticut is soliciting proposals for multiple award, multiple year maintenance, repair and construction service contracts. Multiple awards will be made. Task orders will be issued to TOC contractors based on the low competitive price, or a combination of price and other factors (best value judgments) in accordance with FAR 16.505. Task orders may be issued for a period of three base calendar years from the date of award with an option to extend contracts for two additional years. Task o rders shall not exceed a cumulative amount of $20 million to any one contractor; and an individual task order shall not exceed $1 million. Source selection procedures in accordance with DFARS Part 215.3 shall be utilized for the basic TOC. Significant ev aluation criteria for the basic contract in descending order of importance are: (1) Past Performance; (2) Project Management; (3) Capabilities; (4) Price; (5) Location of Company; and (6) Socio-Economical Consideration. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be available 1 April 2002 at the following website: http://55.8.52.252/ebs/ASP/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp, proposals will be due 30 days after issuance of this RFP. Notification of any changes shall be made only on the internet. All inte rested parties are encouraged to participate. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
