Description

NA Duck Creek Phase III - This Project is Continuing Funds. Work consists of clearing and grubbing; relocation of 36 inch and 8 inch water lines and a 12 inch sanitary sewer; demolition of 4 Bldgs and pavement, construction of 48 foot x 13 foot x 1130 foot pre-cast arched culvert; installation of 1000 feet of permanent sheet pile I-wall, 1080 feet of temporary sheet pile, and 290 feet of T-wall; extension of concrete railroad bridge piers; installation of various size RCP, check valves, catch basins, and fla pgates. FLOOD CONTROL AND BETTERMENT, FLOOD CONTROL Mobilization and Demobilization; Clearing and Grubbing; Pollution Prevention Plan; General Demolition; Building Demolition; Demolition of Existing Red Bank Road, Bridge FAI-0069; Earthwork (other than arch culvert); Seeding and Mulching; ODOT Type 5 Guardrail; MSE Floodwall; MSE Wingwall; Upstream Culvert Wingwalls; 18-inch RCP; 12-inch Sanitary Sewer; 12-inch and 36-inch Water Lines (non-betterment); Twin 48-inch Flap Gate; 24-inch Flap Gate; 18-inch Flap Gate; ODOT Type ?C? Riprap; Grouted ODOT Type ?C? Riprap; ODOT #57 Stone for Bedding; Install Precast Arch Culvert Sections 1A, 2 & 3 (includes delivery); Permanent Sheet Pile Walls at Cinergy Tower #98; Permanent Sheet Pile Walls at Cinergy Tower #99; Concrete Aprons at Upstream and Downstream; Ends of Arch Culvert; Concrete Barrier Walls . BETTERMENT Road Widening/Traffic Control (Package Drawings); NOTE: The Village of Fairfax will be responsible for the payment of this line item. Water Line Work for Betterment (12-inch); Culvert Section . The Solicitation will be issued on or about 02 April 2002. Proposals will be due before 12 May 2002 at 2:00 pm local time. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) in 234990. There is no charge for the solicitation. The project is availabl e on compact disk only. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
