NSN: 1615-01-127-2166, QTY: Min 675 Max 2774 each, PRON AX2F0147, APN: 70107-08404-044, applicable to the (BE) UH-60 Blackhawk. Required delivery with first article is 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA). First Artic le Test Report due 188 days. Required delivery without first 200 days after contract award. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Texarkana, Texas, New Cumberland, PA and Stockton, CA. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% set aside for small business. Of ferors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC SEC 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121370. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.? Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. ?By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, ther efore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.? All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
