Description

building, Woodlawn, MD. Medical consultant services shall consist of the contractor's review of SSA disability case files and there shall be no contact with patients. Competitive pricing will be solicited and accepted. SSA anticipates awarding firm-fixed price, indefinite-quantity contracts with a period of performance consisting of a base year and four successive one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621112. The size standard for this NAICS code is $8.5 million. This acquisition is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 regarding the acquisition of commercial items and FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The RFQ will be available for downloading on or about March 18, 2002 from the Federal Procurement website at www.fedbizopps.gov. HARD COPIES OF THE RFQ WILL NOT BE MAILED. See Numbered Note 1. Offers received from other than small business sources will be deemed unacceptable and will not be considered.
