Description: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. Replacement of refrigeration chillers is required at the USDA, ARS, U. S. Meat Animal Research Center, Clay Center, Nebraska. Work involves all plumbing, mechanical, electrical work necessary to replace 2 WC-2 refrigeration chillers with one chiller unit. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $75,000 and $150,000.
