Description

SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform all work in accordance with Statement of Work to refinish gym and raquetball courts in bldg 140. NAICS code: 123552, Size Standard $11.5 million. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00. Performance time is not to exceed 30 calendar days. A written Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued. The proposed purchase is 100% Set-Aside for Emerging Small Business Concerns. All Responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. The posting date to FED BIZ OPPS website of the RFQ is 18 Mar 02. The site visit date is 22 Mar 02 at 1000 hrs. The RFQ will verify these dates. Anticipated award date is 29 Mar 02 All requests for verification relating to this RFQ must be faxed to (915)654-4427. In accordance with Far 52.236-27 quoters are urged to and expected to inspect the site where the work will be preformed. Access to the site is limited to this organized visit only. This solicitation will be available via U.S. General Services Administration electronic posting system (EPS), FED BIZ OPPS. Interested parties should subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the electronic posting system (FED BIZ OPPS) website at http://www.eps.gov and go to the Acquisition Notification Service area to register.
