Description
Program Depot Maintenance Scheduling System: The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the Air Force’s intent to award a sole source GSA delivery order for the continued modernization and sustainment efforts of the Programmed Depot Maintenance Schedule System (PDMSS) (G097). <br><br> The contractor will modernize the G097 system from its current environment into a web-based environment. The software that is delivered will be designed, developed, and tested to ensure it adheres to the System (Software) Requirements Specification, to all current DoD standards and uses the best industry practices. <br><br> The contractor will also maintain and sustain the G097 system, train, and transfer documentation, source code and tools required to maintain and modify the PDMSS G097 system. <br><br> The Government plans on awarding a sole source delivery order to Robbins-Gioia, 11 Canal Center Plaza, Suite 200, Alexandria VA 22314, to perform the modernization and sustainment efforts described above. <br><br> This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for either the effort or associated costs to respond, or for the information provided. The Ombudsman’s role is to hear concerns, issues, and recommendations and communicate these to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality if desired.
