Description

The purpose of this amendment is to add CLIN 0002 to the solicitation and amend the Statement of Work as follows: (a) Add CLIN 0002, Spare Parts for Halon Trolley Units. Unit Price(NTE), Total Amount (NTE) Note: "This is a not to exceed CLIN for spare parts only" (Do not quote this CLIN) The contractor shall notify the contracting officer of all spares, with unit prices, identified as being required during the refurbishment stage of the Halon Trolley Units. This is in addition to the regular refurbishment services provided under CLIN 0001. The Government will authorize, by modification, the additional parts required and change the not to exceed cost constraint to a firm fixed price CLIN. (b) Statement of Work , para 1.0, delete (f) Ensure Ultrasonic Shearwave Inspections are performed. Note that the Hydrostatic test is sufficient to meet current requirements. (c) Statement of Work, para 1.0, add (r) Notify the contracting officer of all spares, with unit prices, identified as being required in addition to the regular refurbishment services provided herein.
