NA NSN: 1560-01-289-2697,PN:70400-08115-046, PRON: AX1F0486, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-02-R-0073, Quantity: 388 each Min/ 1,088 each Max, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries New Cumberland PA. This item is restricted to SI KORSKY AIRCRAFT,Cage Code: 78286 AND TEK PRECISION CO. LTD.,Cage Code:65780. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Required delivery for First Article Test Report(FAT) is 258 days after contract award(DACA),and the remaining production Quantity due 405 days DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 388 each 270 days DACA. This part requires engineerin g source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity?s procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Th is item is a Flight Safety Part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged t o seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirem ent is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be releas ed outside the United States without prior approval of the government.
