Description

NA PRON: AX2C0116AX, NSN: 1615-01-391-4399, PN: 145R2004-20, Quantity: 2 each, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to New Cumberland PA. Required delivery is 10 each 360 DACA and 10 each per month thereafter until completion. This it em is restricted to The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopter, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. This part is identified as Flight Safety Part. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of D oD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approva l in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicita tion must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by The Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402 ) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
