- NA The US Army CECOM Acquisition Center - Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order with Broadcast Microwave Services, Inc., at 5636 Ruffin Road, Post Office Box 84630, San Diego, CA 92138-4630. The Contractor shall deliver the following equipm ent within 1120 days of the date of award: 1) Quantity of three (3) BMA-10 DBI Slotted Waveguide Array Antenna, 4.4 to 5.0 GHz, Linear Vertical, Azimuth: 72 Degrees, Elevation 22 Degree, Antenna Gain: 10 DBI Typical (BMS Part Number 120-3090-08); 2) Quan tity of three (3) BLNA-202 Low Noises Amplifier Enclosure, 4.4 to 5.0 GHz: 1 DB Noise Figure with internal AC/DC Power Supply (BMS Part Number 800-0869-33); 3) Quantity of three (3) 15 meter of Coax Cable, Andrew LDF4-50A with N-Connector (BMS Part Number 731-3337-010); 4) Quantity of one (1) 3 DB RF Splitter, (BMS Part Number 318-0049-10); 5) Quantity of four (4) 1 Foot Coax Jumper Cable, (BMS Part Number 730-1305-625); and 6) Quantity of four (4) TBR-200 Receiver 4.4 to 5.0 GHz Selectable Single Freque ncy 1Vpp Video, NTSC with CCIR De-emphasis 6.2/7.5 MHz Sub carrier, 120/24 V 50/60 Hz AC in Part Number 801-3344-999. Broadcast Microwave Services, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of equipment that has been approved for use by the Mobile Video Unit (MVU/VIP ERS) at Hohenfels Training Area (HTA) and Grafenwoehr Training Area (GTA) in Germany. 'Only One Responsible Source and no other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements'. However, all responsible sources that can provide supporting data to de monstrate they can successfully provide need support may submit a quote that shall be considered by the Agency. The resultant contract will be performed under an anticipated fixed price order. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Resp onse should be no longer than three (3) pages. Responses are to be received via email within 15 calendar days from the date of this notice. All request for further information must be in writing and via email, telephone requests for additional information will not be honored. All replies should reference RFQ Number DAAB15-02-T-0004.
