Description

The work includes the replacement of a ballasted EPDM roof membrane with a fully adhered EPDM roof membrane system on two buildings in addition to the repair of a concrete capped brick masonry chimney, and incidental related work. The work shall be located at the NAVAL RESERVE CENTER, QUINCY, MA, approximately as shown. The exact location will be indicated by the Contracting Officer. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NAICS code is 235610 and the business size standard is $12.0 million. The contract will be issued as UNRESTRICTED. The issue date is 10 Apr 2002 and the Bid Opening date is 14 May 2002.
