Description

Cabinet, overhead storage above workstation in slide out room (10) 12' Workstation in slide out room MINIMUM ENGINE REQUIREMENTS: V-10 Gasoline engine. A diesel engine is not acceptable due to harsh winter weather conditions. (vi) Mobile Command Post (vii) Delivery of line items will be 120 days after receipt of order unless otherwise specified. All materials are to be FOB destination to Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota, Building 607 unless otherwise specified. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instruction Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial items applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on cost and the ability to meet the requirements. (x) Offers shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212.3 Offer Representations and Certifications ? Commercial item, with its offer. As prescribed in DFAR 212.301 : b(2) paragraph (b) of this provision do not apply when solicitations contain DFAR 252-204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration. Use DFAR 252.225-7000, 252.212-7001. xi) The clause 5252.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial items, applies to this acquisition.
