Description: The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyard Administration (GIPSA), intends to issue a sole source BPA to the company Neogen. The procurement is for Vomitoxin Test Kits. The contract period will be from the date of award to Sept. 30, 2002. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This procurement will be handled as a commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. The applicable NAIC's code is 325998 with a size standard of 500 employees.
