NA 17. NSN: 1650-00-115-4858, PN: 114H6701-5, Pron: AX2C0114X, Sol: DAAH23-02-R-0363, Quantity: Min: 65 each, Max:665 each, applicable to the CH-47. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, restricted to the f ollowing small businesses, Ozone Industries, 29 Industrial Park RD., East Lyme, CT. 06333. Cage-CD,33068, and Transaero, Inc., 80 Crossways Park Dr., Woodbury, N.Y. 11797-2015, Cage-CD, 27541. Required delivery with First Article Test is 65 each, 375 day s after contract award. Required delivery schedule without FAT is 65 each, 250 days after contract. FAT Test due 238 days after contract. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitat ion, however, solicitation will not close prior to to the date in Block 10. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by submitting a source approval request (SAR) package to AMCOM-AR-EI-FS/James Procyk, 256-313-4907, Building 56 81, Redstone Arsenal, AL. 35898-5000.
