NSN: 1615-01-101-9704, 83 each, PRON AX2F0072, APN: 70215-05002-046, applicable to the (BE) UH-60. Required delivery with first article is 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA). First Article Test Report due 198 days. Requi red delivery without first 210 days after contract award. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Texarkana, Texas. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% set aside for small business. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The G overnment has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Ac t (Title 22, USC SEC 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121370. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.? Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. ?By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.?
