Description

NA PRON: AX2F0169AX, NSN: 5340-01-291-6266, PN: 70219-02107-047, Quantity: 30 each min./ 170 each max., this will be five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberla nd, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 30 each 405 DACA, first article test report due 258 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 30 each 270 DACA. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, an d there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restr icted for release outside the United States.
