Description

NA (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal is being req uested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation DAAH01-02-T-0418 is issued as a Request for Quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-05 effective 07 Mar 2002 and Class Deviation 2002-o0002. (iv) This quotation is issued on a sole source basis to Fluke Electronics, P.O. Box 9090, Everett, WA 98206-9090. The NAICS code for this action is 334515. (v) Contract Line Item Number (C LIN) 0001 is for 5 each, spares kit for JF5820A-5C-GHZ (5820A-SC-GHZ120) for 2.1 GHZ Oscilloscope Calibrator, 5 channel and CLIN 0002 is for 5 each, spares kit for PM6681/656. (vi) DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS TO BE ACQUIRED: CLIN 0001 Spare Kit JF5820A-5C-GHZ co nsists of: 1 ea. 5820A-4003, PCA, MOTHER, GHZ A03, 1 ea. 5820A-4081M, PCA, CURRENT, GHZ, 1 ea. 5800A-4101M, PCA, MANUAL, A2, A6, A9, 1 ea. PCA, A2, 1 ea. PCA, A6, 1 ea. PCA, A9, 1 ea. 5800A-4080M, PCA VOLTAGE, A80, 1 ea. 5820A-4055, PCA, SIGNAL, A55, 1 ea. 5800A-4051M, PCA, VIDEO/VOLTAGE, A51, and 1 ea. 5800A-4052M, PCA, PULSE, A52. CLIN 0002 Spare Kit PM6681/656 consists of: 1 ea MAIN, 1 ea. DISPLAY, 1 ea. PRESCALER,, 1 ea. GPIB, and 1 ea. OSCILLATOR.
