Approximately 3,000 square feet of prime waterfront restaurant space located on the ground floor of the Moakley Federal Courthouse in Boston, MA, is available for lease immediately in 'as-is' condition for a minimum of one year commencing on or about June 1,2002. Restaurant must be an established operation with liquor license and be open for both lunch and dinner not less than six days per week.
