Description

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting proposals to perform earth, concrete, and carpentry work to construct two observation wooden decks/towers at Bermuda Grass Pasture, and Beal Lake. The projects are located at Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, Mohave County, Arizona. The Refuge Headquarters is located in Needles, California. The total performance period is 90 calender days. Proposal evaluation will be on Best Value process (Technical, Past Performance, and Price). The project is solicited unrestricted full and open competition. Both small and large businesses may submit proposals. The estimated pice magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation will be available on or about April 10, 2002. Requests for proposal packages must be by FAX 505- 248-6451, attention Monica Huerta. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
