Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with Main Line Corporation, Wilington, DE, under Request for Quote (RFQ) 0019953. Main Line Corporation is to provide the following item: Three (3) each, Super Dollies, for all Bell UH-1, 205, 212, 412, and 430 model Helicopters with weight capacity of 15,3000 lbs. Based on market research via catalogues, the World Wide Web sites, and trade shows, it has been determined that the FBI's requirements for helicopter dollies can only be provided by Main Line Corporation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals to this office by 2:00 PM, EST, Monday, April 8, 2002, via facsimile to the attention of Ms. Theresa M. Powell, Contracting Officer, (703) 632-1607, or via e-mail at TPowell@FBIAcademy.edu. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System number is 421860, the size standard is 500 employees.
