Description

This is a Sources Sought being conducted to gather information needed by the Government prior to the release of any solicitation. This is NOT a request for proposal. It is for planning purposes ONLY and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB, DC is seeking information from the housing maintenance industry in support of a requirement for the Maintenance of 1385 Military Family Housing (MFH) Units at Bolling AFB. The services include but are not limited to, Maintenance Management, Service Calls, Change of Occupancy Maintenance, Recurring Facilities maintenance on MFH units, Operation of Bolling Home Center, and Playground maintenance and repair. The Contracting Office anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 01 June 2002. All responses from prospective offerors must include a return e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone and facsimile number. Additionally, please include in responses the following information: Under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561210, size standard $20 million (1) Is your business a large or small business? (2) If small, does your business qualify as a small, emerging business? (3) If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group and/or is your business certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act? (4) Is your business certified as hub-zone?
