NA PRON: AX1C0446AX, NSN: 8145-01-128-1843, PN: 145G00031-1, Quantity: 50 each, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 50 each 315, first article test report due 198 DAC A. Required delivery without first article test is 50 each 210. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation w ill not close prior to the closing dated stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. By U.S. Law, participation in Sma ll Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
