You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-H, Curtis Ivey, Contract Specialist, Phone: (256) 842-0726, FAX Number (256) 955-9161. PRON: D1285358; NSN: 5998-01-323-6213; P/N: 2988735-1; NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly, applicable to the AVENGER Weapon System. The current known quantity for this item is 35 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for four (4) years for a total maximum quantity (including the current maximum requirement) of 95 each. Orders will be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. This item has been identified as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the customer?s changing supply demands. As such, an incremental quantity solicitation will be issued utilizing incremental quanti ty program provisions. Restricted to: Raytheon Company, McKinney, TX (cage code 96214). Deliveries are F.O.B. origin 33 each to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 & 2 each to Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Required delivery is 110 days ARO for P/N: 2988735-1. The right s to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to iden tify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisitio n. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
