NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation DAKF06-02-T-0021 is under simplified Acquisitio n Procedures FAR Part 13. IMPORTANT- Only offerors who are registered in the Central Contractor Database are eligible for award (reference DFAR Clause 52.204-7004) or see web site http://www.ccr.gov/.The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses tha t are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. 1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. 2. The proposed contract is unrestricted. For this acquisition, the NAICS code is 531130 and the Small Business Size Standard is $18.5. 3. The synopsis is for the Rental of Storage Containers for twelve months with two option years. CLIN 0001, Quantity Twelve, Unit of Issue Month. Contractor shall provide 22 storage containers that are 22? to 25? long x 8? wide, Beige in color with securab le doors on both ends. Delivered to the 43rd ASG Motor Pool, Bldg 1387, Fort Carson, CO. Period of Performance - 01 Apr 02 to 31 Mar 03. CLIN 0002, Delivery and Pick up fee for 22 storage containers delivered to the 43rd ASG Motor Pool, Bldg 1387, Fort Car son, CO. Delivered on 01 April 02 and Picked up on 31 Mar 05. CLIN 0003, First Option Period, Contractor shall provide 22 storage containers that are 22? to 25? long x 8? wide. Beige in color with securable doors on both ends. Delivered to the 43rd ASG Mot or Pool, Bldg 1387, Fort Carson, CO. Period of Performance - 01 Apr 03 ? 31 Mar 04. CLIN 0004, Second Option Period, Contactor shall provide 22 storage containers that are 22? to 25? long x 8? wide, Beige in color with securable doors on both ends. Deliver ed to the 43rd ASG Motor Pool, Bldg 1387, Fort Carson, CO. Period of Performance - 01 Apr 04 to 31 Mar 05. 4.
