- Description
- The work consists of the contractor furnishing all labor, material, equipment, supervision, work and facilities necessary to perform all operations, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings. The scope of work for this project includes the repair of roof and roof drain lines of the Cope Thunder Hangar, building 1140, at Eielson AFB. Work includes repair of lower section of roof barrel; replacement of hangar door well roof sections; creation of sloped transition from lower barrel to roof edge; modification of roof edges to prevent formation of ice dams, with mechanical snow/ice melt and drainage systems; and replacement/repair of existing ladders and catwalks with OSHA approved systems. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 235610 with a size standard of $11.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition conditions. THIS SOLICITATION IS PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA CD-ROM. AMENDMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE INTERNET ONLY. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and the total performance period is 120 calendar days. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
