- NA DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Reques t for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-02-T-0026 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213 size standard is 750 employees. The following item is intended to be purchased for the Government : Repair parts for C5000 Wulfsburg Radio. (1) 300-014140-00, RT-406F Synthesizer Assy. two (2) each, (2) 300-014366-00, RT-406F Assy. two (2) each, (3)300-2239-000, RT-138F, Reciever/Transmitter Assy. one (1) each, (4) 300-031325-01, C5000 Parallel Recie ver/Transmitter Board, three (3) each, (5) 300-031335-02, c-500 Display Board, NVG one (1) each, (6) 300-0313-15-01, C5000 CPU Board, one (1) each.
