Description

NA In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, the Government intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract with Billy Azbell Electronics, 1813 Speight, Waco, TX for maintenance, repair, replacement, upgrade and installation of command post and tactical oper ation center mobile video audio display systems for Fort Hood, Tx. The systems contain proprietary components and software. The parts, components, equipment, and software must remain fully compatible with the existing systems. The acquisition will be a firm fixed price requirements contract. The Government intends to conduct this procurement in accordance with FAR Part 15. The NAICS code is 811219 and the applicable small business size standard is $6 million. The contract will be for a base period wit h four-one year option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals, however interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding within 15 days after date of electroinc publication of this notice. The Government w ill consider all responses received within the 15 day period. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
