Description

DESCRIPTION: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 7,000 net rentable square feet which will produce approximately 6,000 BOMA usable square feet with five reserved parking spaces for the U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Twenty-four (24) hour use of the building utilities is required. General space for employees, including handicapped parking, shall be provided according to code and zoning requirements and meet all City, State and Federal codes. If parking is not required under zoning codes, public parking (street and/or lots) for taxpayers and employees shall be available within one (1) city block of the building. If parking is assigned as part of the rental consideration for employees, a list of all IRS personnel shall be provided to the building management for proper assignment. LOCATION: This space shall be within the North Central Area of San Antonio bordered on the following: The area shall within three (3) miles North of Loop 410, West of Highway 281 and East of IH-10. LEASE TERM: The space is required for 10 years with the Government having the right to terminate after 5 years of occupancy. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 16, 2002 AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) Square footage offered 3) Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. FAXED INFORMATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
