Description

NA The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) five (5) year contract for the Loudspeaker, Permanent Magnet, LS - 688/VRC NSN# 5965-01-382-3222, used with AN/VIC-3 as a result of a two (2) step process (2 Step Reverse Auction). The guaranteed minimum is 100 each to be procured at time of award. This is a 100 % Small Business Set Aside. The first step will include the submission of a Technical Proposal and a Sample of Loudspeaker (NOT A PROTOTYPE) which shall be submitted in response to the Invitation for Bid (IFB) DAAB07-02-B-D034, which will be issued on or about May 05, 2002. Technical Proposal and sample will be evaluated using the Source Selection Method only those offerors/bidders remaining in the competitive range will be invited to participate in step two (2). Step two (2) will be based on the Reverse Auction procedures. Award will be made by the lowest price submitted under the reverse auction technique. The date of the Reverse Auction is TBD. Those offerors/bidders invited to participate in the Reverse Auction will be notified and issued Passwords and Login to be used to access the auction.
