- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. This announcement shall be considered an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This IFB incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-05. This IFB has 0% set-aside for small business, with a standard industrial classification code 2731, and a small business size standard of 500 employees. This IFB is FOB Destination with delivery and acceptance at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences with delivery dates specified below. Payment terms are Net 30 Days after receipt of invoice. The Government requires the best commercial warranty offered to the general public. The USUHS has a firm fixed-price requirement for the following medical textbooks.
