- Description
- Construction of the gravity sewer mains and sewer services line in the Oglala Community on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, Shannon County, South Dakota. Duration of the contract will be ninety (90) days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. IFB No. 241-02-BI-3496 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) for the solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian-owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian preference clause in employment adn subcontracting is made part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
