This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2J62420720100 is issued as a Request For Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-05. This is a small disadvantaged business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Classification code is: 7372, the small business size standard is: $21.0 Mil. CLIN 0001. Description: RainDrop Software. Manfacturer: Northrop Grumman PRB System, Part #: RDBUNPC1. Extended Description: RainDrop ?Bundle? includes RainDrop license, 1 year maintenance, stereo glasses and emitter, stereo-capable video care. Quantity: 4 each, (Software Bundles). Date of Delivery: 23 April 2002. FOB: Destination. Delivery Address: USSTRATCOM/J2213; ATTN: Roy Nakai (402) 232-7512, Ref: UCSRD 2002-0123; 901 SAC Blvd, LeMay Bldg, STE M121; Offutt AFB, NE 68113-6200. Vendors will be allowed to quote on some or all of the items. No substitutes will be allowed. The Government reserves the right to make one award or split the award, which ever is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based upon low price.
