Description

Title: LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT Description: Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of consisting of approximately 20,000 of rentable square feet of first class, high- quality office space. The rentable office space must yield a minimum 16,500 ANSI/BOMI Office Area square feet. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the Commerce Business Area (CBA) of Dover, Delaware. Lease Term: Ten (10 years. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Expressions of interest should be submitted within 5 days (April 2, 2002) and must include: (1). Building name and address (2). Rentable square feet available and rental rate per square foot (3). Method of measurement used (4).
